Share the care

Our Share the Care program allows you to refer your friends and family to Alternaleaf through word of mouth. They’ll receive $20 off their initial nurse and doctor consultation, reducing the sign up price from $59 to $39.

This offer is only available for existing patients to share with new customers. Existing patients are required to log in to their patient portal to find their unique referral code and then share it with their friends or family members. The new customer must enter this unique referral code during sign up in order to receive the discount.

Step-by-step instructions can be found below:

Step 1 - Existing patients

1. Login to your Patient Portal.
   
   
2. Select “Share the Care”, located at the bottom of the homepage.
   
   
   
   
3. Copy your unique referral code and share it with your friends and family, along with the terms and conditions available here.
   
   

Step 2 - New customers

1. Go to the Alternaleaf website.
   
   
2. Select “Start pre-screening” from the homepage.
   
   
   
   
3. Follow the prompts to complete the questionnaire. 
   
   
4. When prompted, enter your email address and select “Show my results”.
   
   
5. Choose the option “I have a discount code”. A box will appear where you can enter your referral code and “Apply” it.
   
   
6. Once applied, choose “Book consultation now” and follow the prompts to confirm your consultation.
