To join the Alternaleaf Concession Program, contact Alternaleaf and provide a clear photo of your valid concession card. Once received, it will be uploaded to your patient profile within 1-3 business days.
Concession discounts cannot be backdated and will automatically apply to future consultations and applicable orders (subject to your prescription), up until the expiry date of your concession card. If your concession card expires, you’ll need to provide us with an updated photo of your new card to continue receiving a discount.
Please inform your doctor during your next consultation that you are a member of the Alternaleaf Concession Program, and your doctor may discuss concession medication options with you.
Eligibility
We offer concession benefits to all holders of a Commonwealth-issued:
- Health Care Card
- Veterans Card (DVA)
- Seniors Health & Pensioners Concession Card
