To join the Alternaleaf Concession Program, contact Alternaleaf and provide a clear photo of both sides of your valid concession card. Once received, it will be uploaded to your patient profile.
We accept photos of both the physical concession card that you receive in the mail, or the digital version that can be found in the Express Plus Centrelink and myGov apps.
Concession discounts cannot be backdated and will automatically apply to future consultations and applicable orders (subject to your prescription), up until the expiry date of your concession card. If your concession card expires, you’ll need to provide us with an updated photo of your new card to continue receiving a discount.
Please inform your doctor during your next consultation that you are a member of the Alternaleaf Concession Program, and your doctor may discuss concession medication options with you.
Eligibility
We offer concession benefits to all holders of a Commonwealth-issued:
- Health Care Card
- Veterans Card (DVA)
- Seniors Health & Pensioners Concession Card

Benefits
The Alternaleaf Concession Program includes a 10% discount on Alternaleaf consultation costs. As well as potential access to a concession medication range that is already heavily discounted, subject to your doctor’s assessment and prescription.
Our partners at uMeds may also offer further discounts to concession program members, subject to your doctor’s assessment and prescription.
Concession status
- Login to your Patient Portal.
- Select “Profile” from the navigation menu.
- A blue banner will appear stating your concession status and expiry date
You can also verify your concession discount when placing an order through our partner uMeds on the “Order medication” page and in the order summary at checkout.
