Once you finalise your order through our partners at uMeds, you’ll be taken directly to the uMeds checkout page to complete payment. You can choose to either pay by debit or credit card, or bank transfer.
Debit or credit card
uMeds accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, with no surcharge. Your debit or credit card details are not saved in uMeds’ system, so you will need to enter them manually each time you order.
To pay by debit or credit card, you can follow the steps below:
- In the checkout page, select the payment option “Credit card”.
- Enter your card details in the required fields.
- Select “Continue to payment” to finalise your order.
- You’ll then be taken to a confirmation page where you can review your order.
Bank transfer
To pay by bank transfer, you can follow the steps below:
- In the checkout page, choose the payment option “Bank Deposit”.
- Select “Complete order” to proceed.
- Once your order is confirmed, you’ll see uMeds’ bank account details on the confirmation page. uMeds will also email a copy of this confirmation to you.
- Use the provided bank account details to transfer the full amount of your order from your bank account. Be sure to include the correct reference number with your transfer.
Bank transfers can take up to 3 business days to process and reflect as paid. You can view the status of your order in your patient portal.
Payment Instalments
If you’d like to pay for your order in instalments, you can pay by Zip Pay. To do so, you’ll need to set up a Zip account and generate a single use card for payment.

uMeds doesn’t currently offer AfterPay, Deferit or humm as a payment option.
Refunds
If your order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled, uMeds will arrange a full refund via your original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process and reflect back in your bank account.
