Our Alternaleaf Privacy Policy has been updated, effective 14 January 2025, and in association with this, our Terms & Conditions have also been updated.
These changes were implemented to enhance transparency, and ensure compliance with current industry regulations and the evolution of our services. They also aim to provide a clear outline of responsibilities for both the patient and the clinic.
No new fees or costs are associated with these updates and they will not impact your current treatment or consultations.
To continue being a patient with the Alternaleaf clinic, you will need to agree to the updated Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. There is no action required on your part; by simply continuing to use our services after 14 January 2025, you are indicating your agreement with the new updates.
If you choose not to agree with these changes, we can assist with discharging you from our services. This means your Alternaleaf patient account will be closed and you’ll receive a discharge letter via email within 2 business days.
