Managing your orders

You can view your order history and manage your active orders in the patient portal through our partners at uMeds. Here you’ll find your order number, an outline of each product and an itemised receipt that you can download. You can also view the status of active orders. Once the order has been shipped by the pharmacy, you’ll be able to track it from here directly.

  2. This will open a PDF document which can be downloaded directly onto your device.

Cancel an order

Orders can be cancelled and refunded only up until they’re dispensed from the pharmacy. If you would like to cancel an order you have paid for, please contact uMeds

Any orders that have been dispensed are not able to be cancelled or returned. This is because the medication that has been dispensed, cannot be re-dispensed to another patient.
