Ordering process

After your consultation with an Alternaleaf doctor, your prescription is automatically uploaded into your patient portal. Here you can create a new order, view your order history, track current orders and download order receipts. 

For any new prescriptions, you may need to wait for TGA approval before your first order can be processed. As long as you have remaining repeats and an active prescription, you can order more medication through our partner uMeds via your patient portal.

Out of stock

If your medication is out of stock and you have consulted with your Alternaleaf doctor in the past 3 months, we may be able to organise a replacement prescription for you. This is a one-off prescription for an alternative medication, to help get you through until your regular medication is back in stock, subject to your doctor's assessment.
