The Alternaleaf clinic will remain open throughout the Christmas and New Year period, with consultations running as usual, including on public holidays.

Patient support hours

If you need to contact our support team, we’ll be operating as normal with the exception of public holidays. Our support specialists won’t be available for any queries on Christmas Day (25 December 2024), Boxing Day (26 December 2024) or New Years Day (01 January 2025).

Holiday tips

• Consultation availability may be more limited during this time, so make sure you plan ahead if you wish to speak to your doctor. You can find out how to book a consultation, or what to do if your doctor has no availability.
  
  
• If you’d like advice around your prescription medication and how it may affect certain activities over the holiday season, you can contact Alternaleaf. We can arrange a complimentary call with one of our nurses. 
  
  
• To receive your medication before Christmas Day, our partner uMeds recommends placing your order before Thursday 19 December 2024. All standard limitations regarding your order or prescription still apply.
